Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum
Graduate from a recognized University or equivalent Degree.
- Minimum
12 years experience in business promotion and field administration in a
reputed Life Insurance Company out which 7 years shall be as in-charge of
the Department.
- The Incumbent shall
be responsible for
recruitment of field staff in
root level and
ensure smooth and expedited field service and overall
business promotion of
the Company.
- Age
not over 50 years.

Joint Vice President/ Vice President (Group Insurance)
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum
Graduate from a recognized University or equivalent Degree.
- Must be able to analyze and prepare suitable
proposal of Group Business
- Must
have strong and continuous relationship with relevant persons/
Organization.
- Possesses
skills and ability to evaluate best insurance coverage for the Group
Insurance.
- Ability to
interact with different levels
of personnel to develop Group
insurance Business.
- Minimum
8/10 (Eight to Ten) years experience in sales/ marketing of Insurance/
Banking/ Financial products out of which 4(four) years Executive Grade.
- Age
not over 45ears.
- Salary:
Negotiable.
Assistant Vice President (Accounts/ Audit)
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum
Graduate from a recognized University or equivalent Degree.
- Minimum
7 (Seven) years experience in the Accounts Dept. Preferably in Life
insurance Company out of which 3(Three) years as Executive Officer or
equivalent.
- Age
not over 42years.
- Salary: Negotiable.
- PE-1/Knowledge
level completed will be considered as additional qualification and given
preference.
Senior Executive Officer (Accounts/ Audit)
Qualification &
Experience:
- Minimum
Graduate from a recognized University or equivalent Degree.
- Minimum
5(Five) years experience in the Accounts Dept. Preferably in Life
insurance Company out of which 2Two) years as Officer.
- Age
not over 40years.
- Salary: Negotiable.
