Qualification & Experience:

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Graduate  from  a recognized  University  or  equivalent  Degree.
  • Minimum 7 (Seven) years experience in the Accounts  Dept. Preferably in Life  insurance Company out of  which  3(Three) years as Executive  Officer or equivalent.
  • Age not over  42years.

  • PE-1/Knowledge  level  completed  will  be  considered as  additional qualification and  given  preference.

  Qualification & Experience:

1.Registrer
Duties and Responsibilities: The incumbent, on the whole will supervise the office of  the Registrar as peer private  University Act 2012 and Statutes/rules  of  the University, manage records related to admission tests, registrations, examinations, grade, class schedule and other related matters  and correspond & maintain liaison with and submit information and periodic report to the Ministry of Education  & University Grants committees. She/ He may be assigned other tasks and responsibilities by the syndicate  and Board  of  Trustees.

Qualification: The  eligibility of  the candidate  for  the post of  Registrar  includes a  graduate and a  post  graduate  degree, with minimum 02 first classes/ divisions out of  the public examinations (with no third class/ division) and her/his  graduate and post  graduate degrees  should  be from reputable universities.

Experience: Minimum 15 years academic-cum-management experience in any reputed organization, p0referebly in a university. Fluency in English with computer  literacy is  required.

Age: The candidates are may not ordinarily by over 55 years as on 30 September 2013. Age limit me be relaxed in case of exceptionally qualified candidates.

2.Secretary to the Board of Trustees

Occupational  Summary: Board  secretary is in overall  charge of  the Secretariat of the Board of Trustees. The  incumbent  attends the Board meetings, takes notes, records  the proceedings and advises the Board on  relevant  laws and regulations, communicates decisions  of  the  Board to concerned  people  and  follows  up for implementation  of  the decisions.  The Board  Secretary  also looks  after  the official  needs  and  other  contingent  services  of  the  Members  of  the  Board of  Trustees.

Qualification: The candidates  should  have post Graduate Degree  preferably MBA form a  reputed  university  with at  least  2an Division/Class/CGPA-3 out  of  5 or  2.5  out of  4 in  all academic  examinations.  He/ She  should also have  exceptional  communication skill  in  English  with  ability  to  use  a  computer.
Experience: 10(Ten) years  experience in a  related position in a  corporate  body  or  in  a  university.

Age: Maximum 45 years  as  on  30  September  2013.

Public  Relations  Officer

Qualification: Master  is  Mass  Communications  & Journalism/ Social  Science  with at  least  2nd  Division/Class/CGPA-3 out  of  5 or 2.5  out  of  4 in  all  academic  examinations. He  should  have experience  in  arranging  media  coverage, organizing  press events  and dealing  with media  enquiries, ability  to  write  and  edit  in  both  in  English  and  Bangla  fluently  for  a  variety of  purposes  and  in  appropriate  writing  styles, ability  to  manage  publication  and develop  content  for  Newsletters  and  other  publications  of  the University,  strong inter-personal  communication  skills  and  excellent  team  working  skills.  He  should be  computer  literate, adept  in  handling  publication  related  software,  and  also  have  experience/training  in  photography.

Experience:  5(Five) years  practical  experience  in  the  relevant  field.

Age: Maximum  40  years  as  on  September 30, 2013.
