Editor,  Research  & Evaluation  Division

Job  Responsibilities:           To edit and proof reading to research report and publications. To prepare different type of report, rewrite and report to improve readability. To screen and review all original research articles. To  read, evaluate  and  edit  manuscript  of  other  materials  submitted  for  publication and  confer  with authors  regarding change in  content, style or  organization, or  publication. To arrange  formal  publication of  selected  research  reports  monographs, working  papers,  proceedings, books: as  well as arrange  external  review  of  reports  and  papers.

Job specification: Masters  in  social  science  in  English, Journalism, communication  or  any  other  related  subjects  from any  recognized  university. Minimum two first class/Division/ CGPA3.00 in academic examination. Incumbents should have excellent computer skill. Minimum 10 years of working experience in editing.

Head  of  ICT,  ICT  Department

Job Responsibilities: ·        To align the ICT infrastructure of BRAC to meet the growing needs of the organization. ·        To serve programmes both within Bangladesh as well as its international operations. ·        To design and lead and IT strategy, including its ICT 4D strategy, for the next 5 years. ·        To  oversee  all  technology  services, product  analysis,  and  software architecture  activities  at  BRAC. ·        To  be  innovative  in  design  and  keeping  abreast  to industry best practices while, building  and  managing  relationships  with  key stakeholders  internally  as  well  as  third—party  contractors  and  consultants.

Job  specification: Masters degree in Management, engineering or IT related field or equivalent relevant qualification. Minimum  of  15 years of  systems  development, 10 years in  IT project  management  and  minimum of  5  years of  experience implementing  ICT 4D projects. Knowledge of  ICT 4D  trends
