The Institute of
Microfinance (In M) is a
“center of Excellent’’
in Research, Training and
Knowledge Management in the field
of Microfinance, poverty alleviation
and development and
national and international
levels. I n M is an
implementing partner of promoting Financial
Service for poverty
Reduction (PROSPER) program funded
by DFID. The
Institute invites application
from outstanding candidate
from recruitment to the
following positions:
Director (
Research & Knowledge
Management )
Educational :
Doctorate degree from
any recognized and
qualification
reputed university
in
Economics/Development
Studies/Finance/Sociology/or Statistics with
on
third division/ Class in
any academic
degree.
Strong command over
econometrics
will be an
added advantage.
Experience : More
than 15years of
responsible experience in
research in university
or recognized research
Institutes with strong
demonstration of research
skills and analytical
ability, excellent writing.
And leadership ability.
Publication : At
least 15( Fifteen) research based
for
empirical based papers
or articles Published
in
recognized peer reviewed and
ranked national
international journals.
Salary : Negotiable
on a scale of
(95,940-1.43,940) plus
60% of
basic salary as
house rant, and Medical
allowance, health
insurance, children
education
allowance
and other benefits
as per
organization’s
rule.
Joint Director ( Research &
knowledge Management
Educational Qualification : Doctorate
degree from any
recognized
and reputed
university in Economics/
Development studies/ Finance/Sociology
/ or
Statistic with
no third division
/ Class in
any academic degree.
Strong command
over econometrics will
be an added
advantage.
Experience : More
than 12 years
of responsible
experience in research
in university or
recognized research Institution
with strong
demonstration
of research skills
and
analytical ability, excellent
writing and
leadership ability.
Publication
:
At least 12( Twelve) research based
or
empirical based papers
or articles
published in
recognized peer reviewed
and ranked national
and international
journals.
Salary :
Negotiable on a scale
of (74,750-3,815*10-
1,12,900) plus 60%
of basic salary
as
house rent,
and medical allowance,
health
insurance, children education
allowance
and other
benefit as per
organization
rules.
